These Terms and Conditions establish the general conditions and manner of providing services electronically and making sales in the online store www.meller.shop, specializing in the distribution of used car spare parts. Using the online store signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the User’s commitment to comply with them. These Terms and Conditions are constantly available on the website www.testmeller.stronaob.pl in a manner that allows their acquisition, reproduction, and storage of content on a writable medium at any time.
The Seller informs that using services provided electronically may involve risks on the part of every Internet user, consisting of the possibility of unauthorized persons introducing malicious software into the client’s teleinformation system and obtaining and modifying their data. In order to avoid the risks mentioned above, the Customer should use appropriate technical measures to minimize their occurrence, in particular antivirus programs and a firewall.
II. Definitions
The terms used in the Terms and Conditions mean: Update – modification of digital content, including its security, which is necessary to maintain the compatibility of digital content with the Agreement; Business days – working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a natural person conducting business activity, a legal person. Legal person – a non-incorporated organizational unit with legal capacity, but with the ability to acquire rights and obligations and conduct activities on its own account; User – a person using the online store, including the Customer; Online store – an online store operated by the Seller at the address www.testmeller.stronaob.pl; Product – products offered for sale in the online store; Order – a statement of will by the Customer submitted through the online store, aimed at concluding a sales agreement for products available in the online store; Agreement – a sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the online store, regulating the rights and obligations of the parties in the scope of product sales; Availability – information provided for each product in the online store regarding the time of order fulfillment, in particular the time of preparation for shipment and delivery time; Delivery costs – information provided for each product in the online store regarding the costs of order delivery; Payment terms – information provided for each product in the online store regarding available payment methods; Account – an individual user account in the online store, enabling the use of certain store functions, such as placing orders, tracking their status, etc.
III. Registration
Registration in the online store is voluntary and free of charge. To register, the User must complete the registration form available on the online store website and provide their personal data. The User is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the provided data. The User can resign from the account at any time by contacting the Seller via email or the contact form. The Seller reserves the right to delete the User’s account in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions by the User or if there is suspicion that the User’s account is being used unlawfully or to harm other Users or the Seller.
IV. Placing an order
Placing an order is done through the Online Store. The user can add products to the cart and continue shopping or proceed to the order placement process. Before placing an order, the user must accept the Terms and Conditions and provide necessary information for order fulfillment, such as name, delivery address, email, and phone number. VII. Returns

The return of goods is possible only if the goods are unused, complete, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use. The customer bears the costs associated with the return shipment. In the case of returning goods, the customer should contact the seller and provide their contact details.
VIII. Liability
The seller is not liable for damages resulting from the inability to use the Online Store or delays or errors in transmitting information caused by the actions of third parties. The seller is not liable for any damages that may arise from improper use of the purchased goods by the customer.
